Disclaimer*: Hood Enclosure Special Attributes:The interior cabinet case (sides, back panel, and face panel) will be textured laminate over composite core. Cabinet sides on this cabinet will not need a finished end panel as the construction screws attach from the rear of the case (i.e. they are hidden against the back wall), and the dowels are hidden behind the face panel (i.e. you do not need separate finished end panel to cover the sides of this one cabinet, they are already integrated). Disclaimer #2*: Hood Enclosure Special Attributes #2:This product is shipped in four separate pieces. The face and back panels will overlap the left and right sides creating seams on each side. Face and back panels are attached using the "pre-glued" green dowels included in your hardware package. Soak these dowels in water first, then insert, and firmly press face panel to the sides to complete the assembly. Disclaimer #3*: Hood Enclosure Special Attributes #3:The grain direction on the left and right sides will always be vertical (i.e. grain direction of the door can be changed to horizontal/vertical, but the exposed sides will always remain vertical in grain orientation). Qty: Description This is a custom wall hood enclosure cabinet. This is a bit of an odd cabinet as it assembles slightly different than our normal wall cabinets. This cabinet is designed for use with an interior hood liner such as a Vent-a-hood. This cabinet comes with a single large door panel on the face that is attached by using the dowels provided. See the wire frame diagram in the product pictures for more info on assembly. To use the green dowels provided, simply soak, or spray with a bit of water to activate the glue. Next, press the dowels into the pre drilled holes on the face/edge of the left and right cabinet sides. Then, align dowels with the holes drilled on the backside of your face panel. Next firmly press them together. Use some tape to secure the face panel to the cabinet case, then allow to dry for 24 hours. Use a pin nail at the top and bottom of the cabinet for additional support as needed. Lastly test to ensure the panel is securely attached.
